Recreational Boys Gymnastics Program
Boys of all ages enjoy the FUN of gymnastics - it is a kinesthetic, tactile (two general learning senses at birth) and a strength building sport activity. Our program is designed for four year olds and up. We help kids develop physical abilities in balance, agility and strength while helping benefit the mind through perseverance, confidence and social interaction. While learning solid fundamental gymnastics and gym safety, your child will develop a love for learning and attempting new challenges. Gymnastics will benefit them in life experiences and all other sport activities they may choose in the future. Instruction is given on trampoline and all six Olympic events (floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars and highbar).

Beginner Classes - Focus on the introduction to gymnastics, safety and the building of fundmental basics on all events.
White Owls - Boys Ages 4 - 5
Red Hawks – Boys Ages 6 – 7
Blue Falcons – Boys Ages 8+

Intermediate Classes - Focus on a higher progression level of beginning gymnastics, continued safety and the mastering of fundamental basics on all events.
Silver Harriers - Boys Ages 6 - 9
Silver Eagles - Boys Ages 10+

Developmental Teams – Ask us about progressing further into the AWESOME world of competitive gymnastics for those boys that exhibit the desire and skills upon completion of the classes above. We have over 50 boys currently on competitive boys teams Levels 4 through Elite with Regional Team members as well!
