At Just For Kicks, we offer the best of the best with national and international Taekwondo credentials through the U.S. Chung Do Kwan Association. Students will develop confidence, coordination, self-control, focus and more! In addition to learning the most elite self-defense training system available, your child will develop character and leadership skills that will help him or her excel in school! Our classes are FUN, CHALLENGING and PRODUCTIVE! Open to ages 3 – adult!

Michael and Lisa Twyman are Certified 4th Dan Black Belt Master Instructors through the U.S. Chung Do Kwan Association (USCDKA). They have been training and teaching the art and science of Taekwondo since 1997.

SUPER KIDS (3 year olds)
30 minute class/once a week
Super Kids learn basic TaeKwonDo FUN-damentals, develop coordination, body balance and learn to listen and follow directions.  Super Kids learn character qualities including generosity, respect and self-control.

MIGHTY KIDS I (Ages 4 & 5)
45 minute class/once a week
Our Mighty Kids are “MIGHTY.”  They will learn basic TaeKwonDo & safety awareness.  Students will develop character, self-control, self-esteem and confidence.  Students also develop focus and concentration skills through memorization of movements.

MIGHTY KIDS II (Ages 6 & 7)
45 minute class/twice a week
Just like Mighty Kids I, Mighty Kids II students learn basic TaeKwonDo & safety awareness.  Mighty Kids II students will get into more of the art and science of TaeKwonDo, learning more of our core curriculum.  Students will develop strength, flexibility, focus and better concentration.

TAEKWONDO RANGERS (Ages 8-12)
45 minute class/twice a week
This is a specifically designed class for future young adults.  Students will learn all of our TaeKwonDo curriculum from forms, one-step spar, free sparring and tournament sparring.  Classes are very high energy with lots of fun and exciting drills!

TAEKWONDO WARRIORS (Ages 13-Adult)
55 minute class/twice a week

These Warrior students will get the “full package” from self-defense to cardio work outs.  Students will learn the art and science and SPORT of TaeKwonDo.  Here they will develop into future Black Belt Instructors, acquire life skills and leadership skills to help them succeed in everything that they do!

FAMILY TAEKWONDO CLASS (Ages 6 & up)
This is a GREAT opportunity for Moms and Dads to take a class with their child!  At least one parent must enroll – students also recommended to take another class specially designed for their age. Special pricing available – 2nd student is 20% off; 3rd student is 50% off; 4th and 5th are FREE!

WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE CLASS (Ages 13 & up) Upon Request
Ladies will learn PRACTICAL self-defense techniques and street-smart awareness.  Don’t become a victim of violence.  You have the power and ability to fight back – be equipped with confidence, knowledge and skills that could save your life!  No uniform required.

CARDIO KICKMASTER FITNESS (Ages 13 & up)
Totally FITNESS!  A high energy kick boxing class – not a Martial Arts Program!  A great way to get in shape and stay in shape!  Long before Tae-Bo there was Cardio Kickmaster – taught by certified cardio trainers.
